The Family Meeting Framework is for concerned parents, especially business owners, who want to reduce their children’s screen time and strengthen family connections. I’ll teach you how to run effective family meetings that foster deep, lasting relationships and help your children reach their highest potential. For example, the framework addresses challenges like social media and video game distractions, preventing kids from being isolated and ensuring they grow up healthy, responsible, and aligned with your family values.
I’m going to strategically walk you through each step of the Family Meeting Framework. You’ll get the high-level vision, the ongoing strategy, and even the tactical details to ensure you know exactly how to execute, creating these bonds with your children and ensuring they reach their highest potential. Ultimately, I help you create relationships with your children that last a lifetime.
How does this differ from other courses?
I have run over 150 family meetings with my own family, and now I share my results so I can save you time, money, and many years of pain and heartbreak. For example, while others might touch on reducing screen time, I teach you exact methods I’ve used in my family meetings to ensure the relationship with your children has a deep connection and lasts a lifetime.
The Family Meeting Framework stands out because I teach you from my personal experience of running family meetings each Sunday for over 3 years and still going, offering a step-by-step guide tailored to parents. And it works!
Who are you? Why should I listen to you?
Hi, I’m Brion Hickey. I’ve worked in the tech space for the last 15 years with companies you might have heard of: Barclay Bank, Citibank, AIG, Cisco, and more. A few years ago, after meeting my wife and helping her raise her two wonderful boys, we saw great strides when we implemented The Family Meeting Framework.
To be honest, I was sick of seeing my kids isolated in their bedrooms. They never got sun on their faces, stayed dormant in their rooms, and it was just sad to see. My heart broke when we would go out to dinner, and it was more of the same. No one was talking to each other, and we were sitting right next to each other!
So, I knew there had to be a better way. I realized The Family Meeting was the method to do it. Once the right information was provided to my children, they responded positively and started seeing the benefits, which they now realize.
To be honest, you don’t have to listen to me, but I actually stumbled upon something that works! After seeing how effective The Family Meeting Framework is, and with friends and family constantly asking for my help, this course was born. Everyone was so impressed with the outcome that they kept asking me how to do it. Now, we’re sharing it with the rest of the world. This is our movement.
How long will it take to complete the course?
The Family Meeting Framework course is about 80 minutes long. Some of you might watch it all in one sitting, while others may take it in smaller chunks.
My sense is you will likely have to rewatch some parts of the course. The high-level strategy is easy to grasp, but the tactical tips will take time to master. Over a few months, with practice, you will start to master The Family Meeting Framework, especially in my last section, where I discuss turning the Family Meeting Framework into a new automated, systematic process much like taking out the trash or doing laundry. If you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the effort, you will see results. And remember, the results are building foundational, deep relationships with your children that last a lifetime.
I’m totally new to this. Can this help me?
After watching the course, if you need additional help, you can schedule time with me I’m here to support you every step of the way.
What’s your refund policy?
Yes, I can offer refunds for those who need them. If you’re not satisfied with The Family Meeting Framework course, please reach out, and we’ll work to resolve any issues or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is important to me.

WHO’S BEHIND THIS?
Hi- I’m Brion Hickey.
I help concerned parents, particularly those who are business owners, organize family meetings to maintain strong connections with their children and help them achieve their full potential.
Running family meetings is about creating deep, lasting relationships with your children. In today’s world, social media, video games, and overuse of technology distract our kids into isolation, hindering their growth. As a result, helping them reach their highest potential has become a bigger challenge than ever. Until now…
I spent the last three years running weekly family meetings with my own boys, who were 11 and 14 when I started. After running over 150 meetings, I developed a format that keeps kids focused, aligned with family values, and free from device distractions, ensuring they reach their full potential. The results have been transformative: my youngest, who struggled with diabetes, lost 30 pounds and now embarks on marathon-length adventures on his own, while my oldest improved his grades, turned his tardiness into punctuality, and is now ready to take over the family business.
I have now created The Family Meeting Framework to help parents replicate this success. This framework, available as an online course, is designed to guide parents through running their own family meetings. It emphasizes simplicity, efficiency, and the importance of long-form conversations, providing the necessary tools to foster deep connections and support your children’s development.
The Family Meeting Framework is a commitment to a weekly ritual that not only strengthens family bonds but also prepares children to lead fulfilling, independent lives. By setting aside dedicated time for meaningful conversations and activities, you can ensure your children stay focused, aligned with your family values, and free from the distractions of modern technology. This framework helps children become independent thinkers, stay aware of their physical form, remain fit and healthy, and think critically—all within the spirit of increasing their quality of life long term.
